Ofra Graham

Ofra began studying with Silvia Prescott, the foremost Iyengar teacher in the UK and commenced her teacher training under her supervision. Ofra is certificated by the Iyengar Yoga Association (UK) and holds a Senior Intermediate Level 2 Certificate.

Ofra was born and raised on a kibbutz in the north of Israel. She studied education in Haifa University and was a teacher for many years. She opened her own studio in 1998 and since then has been to Pune, India, many times to study with BKS Iyengar and his children Prashant and Geeta, as well as studying with senior teachers in Britain and Europe. She taught at the Iyengar Yoga Institute Maida Vale for 18 years, and is now a guest teacher there. She teachers regular classes and private classes (by appointment) in her own studio.

Ofra is a great believer in the idea that yoga enhances the lives of everyone and this can be started at any age whatsoever.
